A few years ago, I was leading workshops and enablement sessions - doing what I loved - but deep down, I knew I had more to give.

Fast forward to today: I’ve just stepped into my dream role as VP of GTM and Sales Development.

Why?

Because CEOs today need multidisciplinary leaders - practitioners who are willing to step outside their comfort zones and jump onto a fast-moving train with grit, adaptability, and a lessons-learned mindset.

If that sounds familiar, it’s because that’s exactly what great Enablers bring to the table.

When you combine solid enablement foundations with a deep understanding of the selling motion, you unlock a winning formula.

And I owe a big part of that journey to something many of you already know:

Project Moneyball.

✅ The Multiplier mindset

✅ The holistic Multidisciplinary approach

✅ The ability to connect the dots across enablement, sales, product marketing, CS and ops

✅ The ability to identify hiccups and bottlenecks that don't appear on traditional CRM reports

Moneyball didn't just help me do my job better.

It helped me see my career differently, and build toward something much bigger.

And if it worked for me…It can work for you, your team, or someone on your radar ready for their next leap.

👉 Whether you're in Enablement, RevOps, CS, Product Marketing, or leading a GTM org, this isn’t just a book series.

It's a blueprint for transformation

And here’s the best part: I’m not keeping it to myself.

I’m mentoring and coaching individuals who want to land their dream GTM roles, just like I did.

If you're looking to break through, reinvent your path, or just need clarity on what’s next, I’m here.

I’m even happy to make warm referrals when I see the right fit.

Check out the Project Moneyball series, or forward this to someone ready to level up.
